Boann’s Single Pot Still whiskeys are made from a mash bill of malted barley, unmalted barley, oats, and rye, using locally grown Irish grains. The distillery uses innovative nanotechnology in its copper pot stills, which increases the copper contact and is claimed to produce a cleaner, smoother new-make spirit. The final products are bottled at 47% ABV.
